Swedish heavy metal pioneers Hammerfall make an unexpected return with their 9th studio album ‘(r)Evolution.’ The band take things back to their roots, even enlisting Fredrik Nordström who produced ‘Glory To The Brave’ and ‘Legacy of Kings’ in the band’s early years. Watch the official video for ‘Hector’s Hymn’ on Nuclear Blast’s Youtube. Vancouver Island native Sam Weber has made a name for himself as a songwriter in Western Canada and is now releasing his debut album on Cordova Bay Records. ‘Shadows in the Road’ is an album of emotional entanglement, intense contrasts, and enthralling arrangements. Catch Sam at one of his many tour dates across Western Canada throughout September. After a string of EPs and singles, Grey Gordon is ready to release his debut full length ‘Forget I Brought It Up.’ The album draws from influences like Elliot Smith, Superchunk, Dinosaur Jr and the 90s emo movement, and bounces with bitter pop-punk undertones.
